OpenAIやAnthropicがわかってるのは、内部で開発してる人がそもそもヘビーユーザーだから。エンジニア自身が時代の映し鏡になってるから、痒いところに手が届く。

開発者であり、生粋の消費者。この2つが揃ってないと評価されないと思う。
