結局、価値提供を軸にしないビジネスは持続性が乏しく、補助金目的の事業は根本的な課題が未解決のままであると考える。

## AI活用と補助金ビジネス構想

数年ぶりに元上司の先輩から電話があり、AIが会社の生産性を何十％か上げたという話から始まった。先輩はAIエージェントの活用例を交え、今後はAIの使い方を教えて社会や政府から補助金を得て、そこからビジネスを展開すれば億は普通に稼げると語った。

## 価値提供と制度依存のリスク

「せこいな」と感じたのは、目的が補助金でお金を稼ぐことに転じていたからだ。ビジネスは本来、誰かに価値を提供しその対価として報酬を得るものだが、補助金取得自体を目的にすると金稼ぎや錬金術に近く、長く続かないと観測した。制度の取り方に依存した発想は、その場しのぎになりやすく、多くの人が失敗する理由が見えてきた。

## 制度依存への警戒感

制度や補助金に頼るだけのビジネスは、長期的に見て不安定であるという感覚が拭えず、価値提供を再考する必要性を強く感じた。
