結局、努力は完全に否定できないものであり、遠回りでも自分を根本から強くする価値があると判断している。

## 努力は勝てないという考え

俺はかつて、努力している時点で勝てないと考えていた。楽しんで努力している人に対しては、努力自体が敗北のサインだと感じていた。その考えには一理あると自覚しつつも、根底にある不安があった。

## 才能を活かし平均を上げる戦略

自分の得意分野はナンバーワンの才能として授かりものだと認識し、そこは努力せずに使いこなすべきだと決めた。一方、苦手な領域は平均値の5程度まで持ち上げる必要があると考え、他者に頼ることやトップの人を集めて組織化することが重要だと感じた。才能が10でも他がゼロでは意味がなく、全体をバランスさせることが目標だ。

## 遠回りの価値

遠回りには時間がかかるが、そこにこそ自分を男として鍛える意味が宿っていると実感している。
