結局、最適な集中場所はまだ見つかっておらず、試行錯誤し続ける必要があると感じている。

## ノイズと店の雰囲気が集中に与える影響

今日は眠くてあまり集中できなかったが、カフェに行っても周囲の騒音で勉強がはかどらなかった。ノイズがあると集中が阻害されるので、場所選びの重要性を改めて感じた。客層の良い店でも、高価な店は出て行くサインが感じられ、そこがストレスになることがある。

## 自分に合う時間帯と場所の探索

結局、一番集中できるのは人がいない時間帯で、早朝のスタバやサブウェイが最適だと分かった。図書館は居心地が悪く、家は集中できるがだらけやすいという課題が残る。自分に合う場所を見つけるのは難しく、試しながら探すしかないと考えている。

早朝のサブウェイの静けさがやっと自分の集中を保てる場所だと感じ、今日もその時間帯に勉強したいという思いが残った。
