結局、記憶は不完全であるため、旅行先では意識的に写真や記録を残すことが自分の記憶補完の方策となった。

## 修学旅行の曖昧な記憶

小学校の修学旅行で京都・奈良・大阪を訪れたが、奈良公園の一部だけが漠然と頭に浮かんだものの、具体的な光景は全く思い出せなかった。

## 記録の重要性と場所との結びつき

人間の記憶は重要な出来事だけが残り、ほとんどが消えてしまうという不確かさを感じた。そのため、過去の記憶を呼び起こす手段として意識的に写真を撮り、記録を残すことが大事だと考えるようになった。記憶は場所と結びつくことが多いので、旅行先では写真やメモを残すことで、後からその場面を思い出しやすくなると感じている。

## これからの旅の姿勢

今後も訪れた場所の感覚を鮮明に保つために、写真やメモを積極的に残し続けようという気持ちが強く残っている。
