精神的に安定するためには、不変なものへの依存が有効だと考えている。

## 情報過多と可変な依存が精神を揺らす

現代は情報が過剰に流れ込み、精神病患者が増えているとよく言われる。俺は、可変なものに依存すると心が常に揺さぶられ、病むたびに修復に時間がかかると感じている。人間は強そうに見えて実は脆く、精神は簡単に壊れやすいという実感がある。

## 不変な対象への依存が精神を保つ

そこで俺は、不変なものに依存する方が安全だと考える。不変なものとして神様を例に挙げ、信仰は揺らがない支えとなり、合理的で理にかなっていると感じる。こうした依存は心の揺れを抑え、精神が壊れにくくなると結論付けている。

## 不変への依存の限界

しかし、実際に不変なものに完全に依存できるかは自分でも疑問が残り、そこに不安と期待が交錯している。
